Everything we get asked about PointCalc — supported games, the AI feature, pricing and more.
PointCalc is an AI-powered tournament toolkit for esports organizers. Built for BGMI, PUBG Mobile and Free Fire, it reads lobby and result screenshots to auto-extract placements and kills — then generates publish-ready point tables, top fragger cards, MVP and warhead stats, team posters, slot lists and certificates. Available on iOS and Android, with 100K+ downloads.
PointCalc supports BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India), PUBG Mobile and Free Fire. The AI screenshot extraction reads lobby and result screens from all three titles — top fragger, MVP and warhead stats are then generated automatically from that match data.
Upload a result screenshot from your match. PointCalc's AI reads placement, kill counts and player stats directly off the image and populates your point table automatically. You can review and edit any value before publishing. The Premium + AI tier also supports bulk match processing — drop in several matches at once and PointCalc compiles the standings.
Yes — PointCalc is free to download and the core features work without a subscription. Two optional paid tiers unlock more: Premium — premium design templates, priority support, from ₹29/week, ₹69/month, ₹200/quarter, ₹700/year. Premium + AI — everything in Premium plus AI screenshot extraction and bulk processing, from ₹150/week, ₹350/month, ₹1000/quarter, ₹3500/year.
Core point table calculation, manual data entry and design exports work offline. AI screenshot extraction requires an internet connection because the recognition runs in the cloud.
Yes. Export a tournament as a file and share it with a co-host, who imports it into PointCalc and continues from where you left off — handy for splitting work across a team on a long event day.
Yes, using Team Cards. A player fills in their team name and roster in the app and sends you the file on WhatsApp or Discord; you open it in PointCalc and import it straight into a tournament slot — no Google Form required. Organisers can also use Team Cards to divide set-up work between staff.
Yes. Download PointCalc's template, paste in your team and player data, and import it back — ideal for setting up large tournaments quickly. You can also import your own custom background designs.
Yes. Merge two or more tournaments and PointCalc adds up the points for teams that appear in more than one, giving you season-long weekly or monthly standings. A merge stays linked to the underlying tournaments; flatten it to get a separate, fully editable copy.
Yes. On Android, PointCalc backs up to your Google Drive automatically (daily, on Wi-Fi) and on demand. On iOS you can export a backup file and share it via Drive, iCloud or AirDrop. Either way, you can restore everything on a new phone.
Yes. Pick a preset (BGMI or Free Fire) or build your own placement and kill points and save it as a reusable preset. You can apply a per-match multiplier — for a grand final, for example — and add bonus or penalty points to any team for a specific match, with a reason.
Yes — a complete guide walks through everything: creating a tournament, calculating matches by hand or with AI, publishing every design, editing, backups, Team Cards and merging tournaments for season stats.
Premium unlocks premium design templates, removes restrictions on core features and gives priority support. Premium + AI adds everything in Premium plus AI screenshot extraction (lobby + result screens), auto-generated top fragger / MVP / warhead stats, bulk match processing and earliest access to new AI features.
