Delete your account.

This page explains how to delete the organiser account you use to sign in to PointCalc, and exactly what is removed when you do. It applies to the PointCalc app on Google Play and the App Store.

Delete from the app

1. Open PointCalc and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Tap the account icon at the top right of the Home screen, then choose Delete account.
3. Review what will be removed, then confirm with Delete forever.

Deletion takes effect immediately.

If you cannot reinstall the app

Email us from the Google or Apple address your account signs in with, and we will delete the account for you within 7 days. Write to pointcalcdev@gmail.com.

What gets deleted

• Your organiser account and profile
• Registration events and their public pages
• Teams and answers collected through your registrations
• Device registrations and notification tokens
• Subscription entitlement records

Account data is removed immediately. Uploaded images are purged from storage within about 3 days.

What is not deleted

• Tournaments saved locally on your devices stay on those devices. PointCalc stores them on the device, not on our servers, so deleting the account does not touch them.
• Store subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting the account. Manage them in Google Play or the App Store.
